Bowie and Arsenault selected in 1st round of WLA draft

Both Jack Bowie and Riley Arsenault were selected in the first round of the 2024 WLA entry draft.

Bowie was chosen fourth overall by the Victoria Shamrocks and Arsenault went fifth overall to the Senior A Timbermen.

The pair have been key pieces of the Timbermen offence for the past several seasons.

Arsenault spoke about getting a chance to stay with the Tmen organization just minutes after being drafted.

All of the other Junior Timbermen players drafted will get to stay within the organization.

Tosh Paziuk, Luke Ory, Nolan Ross, and Cam Gregory went in rounds two through five.

Late in January Junior A standouts Levi Verch and Colby Bowman went to the Senior A Timbermen as territorial protection picks.
