Nanaimo beats A's and Thunder back to back
The Junior A Timbermen now have a 4-2 record after impressive wins over Coquitlam and Langley on consecutive days.
On Saturday the Tmen beat the Adanacs 12-8 on home floor.
Ryan Sheridan led the offence with four goals and an assist, Arthur Miller had a goal and four assists and Jack Bowie scored a hat trick.
Justin Geddie was solid once again with 43 stops.
The victory was Nanaimo's first on home floor and set the table for another massive victory on Sunday.
The Timbermen went into Langley and were dominant in a 10-4 win.
Geddie stopped 49 shots and ended the weekend with the top save percentage in the BCJALL at .854.
Sheridan had a hat trick plus an assist, Jacob Dunbar notched two goals and two assists and Miller put up two goals plus a helper.
The top of the standings are crowded with Victoria and Langley at 5-2 and Nanaimo and Coquitlam at 4-2.
On Friday the Tmen travel to Coquitlam to take on the Adanacs, then they host the Salmonbellies at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday June 11.
