Series versus Coquitlam tied 2-2

The Junior Timbermen and Adanacs are tied 2-2 in their first round BCJALL playoff series.

Nanaimo took the opener 7-5 but dropped a 15-7 decision in Game 2.

That set the stage for Game 3 and Game 4 in Nanaimo.

Game 3 was a classic back and forth game with the Adanacs getting a late winner in the last minute to pull it out 10-9.

It was truly a game that could have gone either way with Ryan Sheridan leading the way with five points, and Kyle Dawson throwing in a hat trick in a four point game.

Justin Geddie was solid in goal making 52 saves.

Sunday's Game 4 was a stellar effort by the Tmen ending in a 10-5 victory.

Justin Geddie was a brick wall with 50 stops, while Ryan Sheridan exploded for four goals and an assist, and Colton Lidstone was huge distributing the ball with four assists and also two goals as well.

Now it's a best of three series with games on Friday in Coquitlam and Saturday at 12 p.m. in Nanaimo.

Game 7 would go Sunday back in Coquitlam.
