He's been instrumental in growing the game in the Harbour City with roles which have included president of Nanaimo Lacrosse and chairperson for the Vancouver Island Lacrosse Commission.

Nanaimo Timbermen president Chris Bowman said adding quality coaches at the developmental level was critical moving forward.

“We are very excited to add a coaching staff of this calibre and experience to the Junior B Tier 1 program. They bring a vast level of knowledge, experience and passion, and will develop these talented young men into the next generation of Junior A and Senior A players.”
