Timbermen finish season with 10-4 record

The Nanaimo Junior A Timbermen finished second in the BCJALL with ten wins and four losses.

Nanaimo's final week was busy with three games.

The Tmen beat the Shamrocks 12-8 Tuesday, lost 11-9 to Burnaby on Saturday and won 17-5 in Port Coquitlam on Sunday.

Nanaimo has earned a first round bye and will have home floor when round two begins in mid July.

Jacob Dunbar was the team leader in points with 48 and goals with 31. 

Andrew Bowman led the Tmen with 25 assists.

Justin Geddie was a workhorse in net and ended the year second in league wins with nine and second in save percentage at .842.

Now the Timbermen will wait to see who they will face in the BCJALL post season.
