Tmen go 2-1 in four day stretch
The Timbermen had a busy time in early July with wins over New Westminster and Langley and a loss to the Victoria Shamrocks.
It started at home with an 11-9 victory over the Salmonbellies on July 6th where Matt Boas led the way with a massive five goals and three assists.
Andrew Bowman chipped in six points as well.
Then Nanaimo traveled to Langley and cruised to a 13-6 victory over the Thunder.
Boas had another massive game with four goals and six assists while Ty Pilkington and Ayden McDonald had five points apiece.
The offense stalled in Victoria on July 9 in a 10-6 setback.
A seven goal Shamrock run that started in the first period propelled the home team to the victory.
Nanaimo's offense was led by newcomer Luke Aston with five points.
In goal Keegan Okino got the win over the Bellies and Bostyn Macdonald got the decision against the Thunder.
Both goalies played in the Victoria loss.
The Tmen will wrap up the regular season with a home date with the Burnaby Lakers on Saturday July 13.
