Vaesen and Sheridan named BCJALL All-Stars
Two Nanaimo Timbermen made the Second All-Star team in the the BCJALL.
Thomas Vaesen and Ryan Sheridan were selected after breakout seasons with the Tmen.
Both players just finished their second season in Nanaimo and put up huge numbers.
The left hander Vaesen had 53 goals and 47 assists to finish fourth in league scoring.
His 53 goals was the highest total in the BCJALL in 2019.
Vaesen also had seven goals and four assists in a six game playoff series against the Adanacs.
The righty Sheridan had 47 goals and 52 assists for fifth in BCJALL scoring.
That also ranked him third in goals and fifth in assists on the season.
Sheridan picked up 18 playoff points with nine goals and nine assists making him the Timbermen's playoff scoring leader.
He also appeared in a regular season WLA game for the Senior A Timbermen and had a goal in the contest and he also had two goals and two assists in three 2019 WLA playoff outings.
